We started working with Erik Palmer back in November 2018, looking for our retirement landing spot in TN or GA. At this time we were living in Eastern PA. My wife, Karen and I would find a home that intrigued us, research the area, and if all the findings were up to our specifications, I would ask Erik if he would go and video tape the home and property. Erik did this for us on several homes. This saved us time and money, we lost a couple homes due to going under contract, but we kept looking with assistance from Erik. Erik also assisted us in finding an excellent mortgage broker as we had a unique financial situation. Finally the right home and area was found, the home is in Cohutta, GA. We closed May 9th. Thank you Erik Palmer for being professional, thorough, having excellent knowledge in what you do, but mostly for having great personality and character. You always remained positive and upbeat even when the road was rough.
